Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xievip VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

Downloading or using the App means you have read and accepted this agreement. Please review the terms before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. The intellectual property rights in the App and related trademarks, interfaces, and content belong to the Service Provider or lawful rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or pricing and will provide notice in an appropriate place. You are responsible for protecting your device, account, and login credentials. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because it may reduce system protection and affect App operation.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you may also be bound by those providers’ terms.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid device service, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or user configuration errors. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi; roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, service interruption caused by device battery loss, system restrictions, third-party platform rule changes, or network conditions is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route and node information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and liability for direct or indirect losses is limited as permitted by law. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install newer versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services according to this agreement; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Digital Service Non-Refund Policy

Non-refund policy: digital services, software licenses, and subscription benefits are considered delivered once access is provided and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Product evaluation: we encourage users to test the free tier, demos, or trial features before purchasing to confirm the service fits their needs.

Customer support: if you encounter connection, installation, or account issues, contact support and we will help troubleshoot.

Technical issues: rare technical problems may affect use. We will try to resolve them or provide alternatives, but they do not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized use: no refund will be provided if an account, license, or digital benefit is shared, resold, or abused, and service access may be limited.

Policy changes: we reserve the right to update this refund policy as permitted by law. Updates take effect after publication on the website.

By purchasing and using the Service, you understand and agree to this non-refund policy.
