Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Xievip VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). The Service is provided as is, and we take reasonable measures within this policy to protect your privacy.
When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect operational information required to maintain the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, duration of use, and approximate region. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendation: suggesting better routes based on region and network state; 2. Performance optimization: identifying connection quality and failure trends through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service notices: sending necessary security, version, or account information. We aim to limit collection and handle sensitive information according to this policy.
We transmit aggregated or anonymized data to third-party providers only when necessary, such as Google Play Services or Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. Except for legal process, regulatory requirements, user safety, or service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, we do not disclose personal information to third parties. If you stop using and uninstall the App, it will no longer generate new operational data.
User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable necessary period afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group; if such data is discovered, we will delete it promptly. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access.
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product features, or operational changes. You should review this page regularly; continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. If you have questions about our privacy practices, contact the Xievip VPN team by email ([email protected]).
